Welcome to Northwoods Bodywork, where I offer Thai and Table Massage in my home studio on the North side of Duluth.

Thai massage is one of the oldest and time-tested modalities.  I use my body (hands, feet, forearms, and elbows) to massage yours in a creative thai yoga style.  You will be fully clothed on a warm and comfortable massage pad on the floor of my studio.  The building is charming, quiet, and comfortable, nessled in the woods in my back yard.

Thai table massage can be performed as part of a traditional table massage session, incorporating thai massage stretches and compressive movements to receive the benefits of this ancient practice.
